Build a manageable, aligned network on Substack without overwhelm or burnout
Walk away with a clear, repeatable approach to using Substack Notes that feels sustainable, and effective
Structure of the workshop: 40 minutes of teaching followed by 20 minutes of Q&A

This workshop builds on the material from The Notes Newbie Workshop, and is designed to help things start clicking once you’re comfortable with posting to Notes. I highly recommend completing The Notes Newbie Workshop before attending this one.
Who This Workshop Is Not For
This workshop may not be the best fit if:
You are brand new to Substack and haven’t posted on Notes yet
You’re looking for a step-by-step introduction to how Notes work
You want quick hacks, automation tactics, or growth shortcuts
You’re hoping to grow without engaging with other people on the platform
You’d prefer to focus exclusively on content strategy rather than connection and interaction
If you’re still at the very beginning, I recommend starting with the Notes Newbie Workshop first so this session feels supportive rather than overwhelming.
